My boys watched this a ton, and we’ve got tons of DVDs. But we stopped watching when it went to CG. It’s terrible.

This show was my entire childhood. I’m going to go to watch old episodes now. I love the you could have the American narrated version or the British narrated version, the latter of which was narrated by Ringo Starr.

My son (2) is obsessed with Thomas. Our DVR is set up to keep a rolling 4 episodes on tap. I actually kind of like it.

Many years ago, I ripped all the Thomas songs off of the DVDs and burned them to a CD to play in the van. I’d be glad to send you a copy if you’d like. Unless, of course, you’re sick of listening to them.

I grew up with the original but the CG Thomas The Tank Engine is just wrong, as is CG Fireman Sam.
It’s just wrong, so very very wrong.
